the unit we got was modern and huge with a lovely balcony. the supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff members provided a few recommendations. remote location was a plus. the hotel was a fine base for enjoying a calm area.

The setting was stunning, not far from the garden, the restaurant and the river.

The staff here go above and beyond, super attentive and friendly . Plus the rooms are clean and well-designed. Breakfast choices were amazing, seriously set the tone for the day!

The family room with a cozy double bunk bed was a standout feature. My child loved the little farm area where she could interact with animals. The breakfast buffet was a good surprise, with a rich variety of organic options. Staff were attentive, giving a cute touch with handwritten notes.

The dining service during peak hours was annoyingly slow, which slightly impacted our dining experience. The main pool's water temperature was cooler than expected. The noise levels from children in the corridors and barking dogs early in the morning could disrupt the peaceful ambiance the hotel tries to maintain.

Although there were adult-only areas, they didn't feel sufficient for escaping the chaos. The spa services had maintenance issues, disappointing.

It wasn't inexpensive but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

The staff were exceptional and amazingly nice, the location was remote and lovely with a nearby river, and it was convenient being close to local sites, restaurants, and breakfast options.
